We accessed this hike from Petersburg Pass, climbing to the Taconic Ridge and along the Taconic Crest Trail to the summit. There was plenty of ice to negotiate along the trail and this wide, open summit was windy and cold. The fast-moving clouds and pockets of blue sky made it all worth it!
