Canyonlands National Park, Utah: On this ranger-guided walk the wind stirred up fine sand which mixed with rain to form red mud which was deposited on our hats, jackets and backpacks. I took a few photos before quickly putting away my camera. The red dust formed an eerie backdrop to the sandstone hoodoos.
